ABOUT SCHOOL

Founded in 1988, Darul Uloom English school is run by Darul Uloom Islamic Cultural Centre,Kappur.The Centre,situated in the educationally and socially backward region of Palakkad Dt. devotes its attention to promote educational and cultural growth of the area through dedicated and sustained service to the society.

Darul Uloom campus is located on a hilltop picturesquely spread over an area of about 10 acres of land in rural setting. It is 20Kms and 15 Kms away from Kuttipuram and Pattambi Railway stations respectively. Kumaranellur, Edappal and Changaramkulam are the nearby towns. The calm, serene and salubrious surroundings are ideal for proper mental and physical growth of children.

The goal of the founders is to impart value-based education to the students and to inculcate a sense of religious faith, self confidence, fortitude and social commitment. The school aims at a holistic and comprehensive development of the children so that they can achieve the best in this world and the hereafter. Secular and religious educations are harmoniously and positively blended. The ultimate aim is to achieve excellence in all walks of life. Over 15% of students who are either orphans or destitute are given free education at school.
